Forgetting How to be Around People… was written and recorded between the years of 2020 - 2022 mostly during the height of the Covid-19 global pandemic within my home in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Forgetting How to be Around People… is a manifestation of auditorial expression to various mindsets and emotional states throughout the time of the pandemic dealing with extreme isolation. These tracks explore confusion, uncertainty, depression, grief, nihilism, bliss, learning, but still with a sense of hope for the future to come. This is an extremely personal set of works that I used to help process and understand my feelings throughout the past few years of rapid change and the deconstruction of society as we knew it.
